We Do NOT Guarantee:

• Completeness of detected threats
• Absence of undetected security issues
• Suitability of results for any specific purpose
• Error-free operation
• Continuous availability
• Compatibility with all devices or data formats
• Detection of all security threats or anomalies

Results May Be Incomplete or Inaccurate:

• Analysis quality depends on the completeness of your data exports
• Analysis quality depends on the accuracy of data provided by platforms
• Analysis quality depends on limitations of automated detection algorithms
• False positives and false negatives may occur
• Results may not reflect all security threats or account activity

5. Limitations of Liability

Excluded Damages:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Losses arising from use or inability to use ForensAI
• Losses arising from analysis results or interpretations
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your device or data
• Losses arising from decisions made based on ForensAI results
• Losses arising from reliance on ForensAI results for legal, financial, or security purposes
• Losses arising from use of ForensAI results in legal proceedings
• Losses arising from failure to detect security threats or anomalies
• Losses arising from false positives or false negatives in results

Maximum Liability:

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Jurisdictional Limitations:

• Do NOT use ForensAI for unauthorized surveillance or monitoring
• Do NOT use ForensAI results as sole evidence in legal proceedings without professional review
• Do NOT rely solely on ForensAI results for critical security or legal decisions

7. No Endorsement or Affiliation

ForensAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with:

• Google, Apple, Facebook, Instagram, Microsoft, Dropbox, Snapchat, TikTok & X, or any other platform
• Any law enforcement agencies
• Any legal or professional organizations
• Any certified forensic examination services
